Professor Nabil Zeiri visited the A.B. Nalbandyan Institute of Chemical Physics

We were delighted to welcome our good colleague and friend, Prof. Nabil Zeiri from the University of Monastir (Tunisia), to Armenia!
Prof. Zeiri visited Armenia to participate in the educational and outreach event “Radiant Minds: Exploring Light from Lab to Life”, where he shared his expertise with students, young researchers, and the broader scientific community.
During his stay, Prof. Zeiri also visited the A.B. Nalbandyan Institute of Chemical Physics' the Quantum Materials and NanoPhotonics Laboratory, where he met with our researchers, discussed ongoing projects, and explored opportunities for future collaboration.
One of the highlights of his visit was a specialized training session for our young researchers on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques in modern scientific research. The workshop provided valuable practical insights into data analysis, predictive modeling, and the growing role of AI-driven approaches in photonics, nanotechnology, and materials science.
We sincerely thank Prof. Zeiri for his inspiring lectures, fruitful discussions, and continued support of our young scientists. Visits like these strengthen international collaboration and create new opportunities for scientific excellence.
We look forward to many more joint projects and future meetings!
