Since July 2022, G. Mantashyan has served as a junior researcher at the "Quantum Optics and NanoPhotonics" at the Institute of Chemical Physics of NAS RA.  Beginning his academic journey at the Russian-Armenian University (RAU), he earned his Bachelor of Science in May 2021 and completed his Master's degree by July 2023, with a specialization of Nanoelectronics and Electronics. As of March 2024, he has published 8 Scopus-cited research papers. His commitment to his research has earned him several recognitions, including being named the Best Student of RAU in 2022, receiving the “State Educational Award in IT Sphere for Best Master Student (I category)”, and the “SPIE Optics and Photonics Education Scholarship”, underscoring his valuable contributions to his field.
