Professional Interests:

Semiconductor nanostructures, structured laser beams, photonic nanostructures 

Since July 2024, G. Kharatyan has served as a member of the research group of "Quantum Optics and NanoPhotonics" at the Institute of Chemical Physics of NAS RA. 

He began his academic career in the master's program of the Department of Quantum and Optical Electricity at the Russian-Armenian University, where he received a master's degree in physics. Then he continued his PhD studies at the Institute for Physical Research in Ashatarak, in the laboratory of scintillation materials.

Throughout his career, Gor has served as an author/co-author of 5 Scopus research papers and has been involved in 4 research international and national projects.
