Industrial production of refractory materials for industry of the former USSR:
1. 20 tons of Ti and Zr hydrides;
2. Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) production: 40 tons per year (State Prize of Armenian SSR in 1980 for implementation of the SHS technology of MoSi2 production into industry).
